The Normalize Mental Health movement was founded as a means to change the narrative and stigma associated with mental health. People around the world are suffering in silence, committing suicide, are depressed, and more, and should be working through what they are battling. This movement gives you permission to not be ok.
Those who suffer from mental health may appear to be fine, but it has no face. From celebrities who are wealthy to people like me, we all have something we had or are currently struggling with, and could use help to get through. Help can be defined as a counseling, information to help you understand what you are going through/feeling, or simply someone to connect with who hears you and empathizes with you.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE, mental heal is NORMAL and it is time we NORMALIZE it!
